Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3432.3 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open DevTools > top-right three dots icon > More Tools > Network conditions 2. Uncheck "Select automatically" at the User agent section 3. Try to edit the text in the text box What is the expected behavior? The text box should be wide What went wrong? The text box is small and annoying to use, you always need to drag the text Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3432.3 Channel: dev OS Version: OS X 10.13.4 Flash Version: The text box has a `max-width`, if I disable that, then the text box goes full-width and becomes much easier to use https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+blame/f75b341d492b9870cdd4c32df89d8b4e240c089d/third_party/blink/renderer/devtools/front_end/network/networkConfigView.css#67

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 68.0.3432.3, on latest stable and latest canary using Mac 10.13.3, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04. Observing same behavior from M-60, This might be intended by design but marking as untriaged for further investigation from dev team. Thanks!
