(1) Open URL http://webrtc-experiment.com/RecordRTC/simple-demos/video-recording.html (2) Click *Start Recording* (3) Do something before camera withing 17 seconds. (4) Click *Stop Recording* So now we have a recording. Let's play it in HTML5 player. (5) Click Play Actual result: a time is going, but progress bar of player does not change (it stays on the beginning) till 3 seconds before end (please see video attached). Expected result: a time is going and progress bar progress is changed upon playing webm content in Video Player recorded from web-camera. Additional info: It's all ok in Firefox

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 66.0.3359.181 using Windows 10 surface pro and hp elitebook as we are seeing "Unable to capture your camera. Please check console logs." @Reporter: Please provide alternate URL to test this issue from TE end. Any further information on reproducing the issue would help in further triaging of this. Thanks!

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 66.0.3359.181, on latest canary 68.0.3438.3 using windows10 , Mac 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 14.10. This issue is seen from M-60. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged. Thanks!

This seems a change in the <video> WebMediaPlayerImpl, because if you're playing it back, it means there are monotonically increasing timestamps (correct) in the recorded stream (otherwise it wouldn't play). This is a "standard" <video> issue (and not a MediaStream-<video> issue), since the stuff being played back comes from a local blob.
