1. Launch iOS Chrome
2. Navigate to above download link URL 
3. Tap on ‘Download San Francisco Fonts’
4. Tap on ‘Download’ under Download manager UI
5. Again, tap on ‘Download San Francisco Fonts’ when download is in progress

Observed results:
Fails to display ‘Start New Download?’ prompt

Note: It seems to be working fine for ubuntu downloads

Expected results:
Should display ‘Start New Download?’ prompt tapping on download link url when download is in progress
