Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run chrome as Administrator
2. Go to google.com/maps
3. Execute the code https://stackoverflow.com/a/40638519/9165989.

What is the expected behavior?
The method should return "https://www.google.com/maps"

What went wrong?
Instead it is not able to find the "Address and search bar" element. I have searched the web over and over for a solution, but haven't found any. One of my clients also saw this behavior after installing latest Microsoft Office 365 proplus.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
