Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open an app with appCache storage 2. Appcache starts downloading 3. When it ends, it says cache can't be commited it would exceed quota What is the expected behavior? This used to work fine in previous versions, now it just won't work. It does work in Opera for Android. What went wrong? New cache wasn't downloaded properly Did this work before? Yes 64 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.0 Flash Version: It seems to happen to many users, and releasing space on dick won't work. The only solution I found was using Opera
