Focus on SAML IDP Pages

Reported by j...@healthenrollment.org, May 22 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10452.85.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.158 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10452.85.0 (Official Build) stable-channel rikku

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable Enterprise SAML IDP Logins
2. Attempt to Login on an Enterprise Device w/ Custom Page
3. Does not auto focus on identify input

What is the expected behavior?
Should autofocus on either the first input or the input for email / identifierId

What went wrong?
Seems like the javascript is blocking this behavior. I attempted to set a timeout with auto focus as well but it seems since the device is wrapping (maybe iframe?) the custom login page the input focus is not on the actual input but rather the wrapper itself which contains the "back" button to return to the initial device welcome screen.

Did this work before? Yes not sure

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.158 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10452.85.0
Flash Version: 29.0.0.171
