Joe, I think what needs to be done here is to uprev dEQP ebuild with the newest.

Could you please coordinate with Chad and Bas for their Vulkan needs? See for example b/111559548.

Joe is updating dEQP to the latest AOSP master, which is tag android-p-preview-5. That works for me.
