Views-login does not update sync data after login

It is possible to get a notification that sync is out of date, likely from [1].

We should figure out how to reproduce this and fix on views-login.

Looks like this is already covered by views login screen.
Step to reproduce: 
1. Change google account password.
2. Sign-in chromeos with the old password.
2. Observes a out-of-sync notification.
