Reader View on Android displays images in block modus, on Windows in inline modus.

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable Reader View in Chrome on Android. If need be, see http://www.androidguys.com/2017/09/06/enable-reader-mode-in-chrome-for-android-how-to/. 2. Surf to gezondezorg.org and open it in Reader View when so asked by Chrome. 3. See that the new-window icons are displayed as a block elements. 4. In Chrome on Windows, install the Reader View extension. 5. Surf to gezondezorg.org. After page has loaded, click the Reader View icon. 6. See that the new-window icons are displayed as inline elements. What is the expected behavior? That images are displayed as inline elements, unless they have a display:block declaration or are embedded in a block element. Display:inline is their default display value. What went wrong? @sandeepkumars -- Attached you will find the two screenshots. The Android phone is v. 4.2, Windows is Win 7 Pro. Both have Chrome 66.

Assuming this issue as the Feature Request as it is expected that the view should be same as in the desktop version when reader view extension is installed and updating the issue accordingly so that the further action can be taken on the issue. Thanks!
