Regression: Separator line is seen overlapping with the borders of 'Add', 'Cancel' buttons in Chrome://settings/cupsPrinters

Chrome Version:68.0.3436.0/10700.0.0 dev-channel Paine, Peppy and Kip
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Navigate to Chrome://settings/cupsPrinters
(2)Click on Add printer and observe

Actual: No space is seen between the Saperator line and the 'Add', 'Cancel' buttons
Expected: Some space should be seen between the Seperator line and the 'Add', 'Cancel' buttons

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 68.0.3433.0/10689.0.0 dev

Same issue observed on Passwords and forms -> Autofill settings section -> Add address dialog. Attached screenshot.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
No longer repro'ed. I think it has been fixed.
