Bookmark bubble appears chopped in full screen mode on Mac

Chrome Version:68.0.3436.0 (Official Build) Revision e0f81fe637f233bf12e821915b72bc8d2194c3f2-refs/branch-heads/3436@{#1}(64 bit)
OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5)

Pre-condition : 'Always show toolbar..' should be unchecked and 'Always show bookmark..' should be checked in chrome toolbar.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome in browser full screen mode, press cmd+D and observe.

Actual: Bookmark bubble appears chopped in full screen mode.
Expected: Bookmark bubble should not appear chopped in full screen mode.

This is a Non-regression issue, seen from M-60 build #60.0.3112.0.

Note: The issue is not seen Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04) OS.

Mass UI Triage Update:

Rechecked the above issue on Mac(10.13.6, 10.13.1, 10.14.2) OS using latest canary build # 72.0.3609.3 and  unable to reproduce this bug. If this bug still reproduces for you, please reopen or file a new issue.
