Chrome is not showing recording icon on tab bar

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try to use voice record option in any website

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should show some logo on tabs related to voice is getting recorded ( like what audio is playing logo ) 

What went wrong?
Chrome not alerting me that this page is recording any voice with or without I am noticing

* one more things to add ( the tab i am using is pinned mode )
