Issue descriptionApp Version: 68.0.3434.0 Beta iOS Version: 10.3.3,11.3.1 Device: iPhone and iPad Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome 2. Search for an app (i.e Angry birds) 3. Click on the app link 4. Press the home button (do not kill the app) 5. Set device to airplane mode on 6. We have no control over how storekit view work, I'm not sure if this is a bug, the Storekit don't set expectation for the offline mode.

There is no fault/bug in the iTunes store, as it is the Airplane mode, most of the features do not work as they normally should. You do not have to worry about it.
