FilesApp crostini cannot save webpage / pdf into Linux Files

Issue description

1/ Open any webpage or pdf file
2/ ctrl+s or save will show dialog
3/ Dialog does not allow to save into Linux Files.  Linux Files is currently mounted.

For extra points, check what happens when crostini is not mounted.

FilesApp add android and linux as native volume types

This makes them available in the save-as dialog.
