Menu list cannot be scrolled

REPRO STEPS:
1. Open Menu list
2. Scroll on the list to view more languages

Actual result:
No any response.

Note:
Repro for Dock and Floating modes.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
We are implementing the new UI. The issue was fixed.
Could you use the new UI by enable enable-virtual-keyboard-md-ui
