Tabs are disappear after moving between two monitors

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run browser on two monitors
2. Drag tab with open site to browser on second monitor

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Tab disappear and is not visible 

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.4

dudek.olek4@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.13.3 on the reported version 66.0.3359.181 and the latest Canary 68.0.3436.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the steps given above.

1. Launched Chrome after connecting to Dual Monitor.
2. Ran browser on two monitors and dragged one tab to another monitor.
3. Can observe that the tab is loaded and no issues are observed.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.

You added dragged tab to other chrome, i got the same result as you. But when you drag tab and drop it without adding to chrome window you will see the bug. I attach a video which show the bug.

dudek.olek4@ Can you reproduce it with latest Canary Build?
On 68.0.3436.0 canary (64-bitowa) i cannot reproduce this bug.

Thanks for your feedback. This issue was maybe fixed with 829201.

Is your issue only reproducible with an active Download Bar in current Chrome 66?
My issue is reproducible with and without active Download Bar in current Chrome 66. So  bug 829201  is similar with my bug but without active Download Bar.

Status: Duplicate (was: Unconfirmed)
Based on attached screen-cast(C#3) and C#6, This is same as  Issue 835296 (fixed in M-67 and M-68) hence merging into that.
