Point the mouse at the new tab button What is the expected behavior? All other interactive UI elements respond to hover by changing their visual characteristics (e.g., darkening their background). What went wrong? The new tab button did not change its visual characteristics. It did produce a tooltip. Did this work before? This behavior in Touchable is per explicit designer spec. The Refresh behavior is different; IIRC it will have a hover effect. So, basically, wait long enough and this will get fixed, but the current behavior is not technically a bug.
