[Label Request] Hotlist for CrOS ConOps Team

Project Member Reported by craigtumblison@chromium.org, May 19 2018

Issue description

1] Label Name: Hotlist-ConOps-CrOS

2] Parent Label (e.g. Proj-, Hotlist-, etc...): Hotlist-

3] Description of Label: Chrome OS feedback tracked by the consumer operations team

4] Please specify what triage practices will be followed for the label

This label will be used by the gCaP Chrome OS team to tag issues we see feedback for and track development as it happens. We would like our escalation alias to be added a member for easier tracking / filtering: chrome-os-gcon-escalation

This should be similar in setup to the Hotlist-ConOps hotlist that is used by the gCaP Chrome team (different group of folks).

Thanks!

Hey Ben, would you be able to help with this when you have time? Apologies if you're not the best POC anymore :)

Hey Jason, would you be a better POC to assist here? Thanks! :)

I normally leave the project configuration to the project owners, but since this seemed like a straightforward change, I went ahead and added it for you.
Hey Jason,

Perfect, thanks so much for the help (especially out of the blue) :)

One quick question: could you confirm that our alias (chrome-os-gcon-escalation@) is setup to get notifications similar to the Hotlist-ConOps label (which notifies chrome-conops-escalation@)? We confirmed that the group settings match, so wanted to double check with you.

Thanks again!

OK, I added a rule
IF Hotlist=ConOps-CrOS THEN cc:chrome-os-gcon-escalation

It is being processed now. Recent existing issues should see the rule applied in a few minutes, older ones take a little longer. Newly reported and edited issues should show the CC being added below the "Save changes" button as you type the edit.
Labels: Hotlist-ConOps-CrOS
Ahh, that's the trick! Thanks so much for adding the rule and clarifying how that works for us. We really appreciate the help! It appears to be working as expected now :)
