Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Select a local file, e.g., a text file
2. Open text editor and edit the selected file
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The user selected file should not reflect changes to the file after the user has selected the file

What went wrong?
Local changes to the user selected file are reflected at the previously selected File object of the FileList
