Couldn't capture screenshot in incognito mode

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a page in incognito mode
2. Try taking a screenshot with power and volume down

What is the expected behavior?
I should be able to screenshot any page

What went wrong?
Andriod system says page contains personal information and won't allow a screenshot to be taken

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A
