Until this is fixed, I have been using CTR+ALT+F2 (=>) F3 and F4 work as well. CTR+ALT+F1 gets you back to the browser.

This has been resolved on 68.0.3437.0 (Platform 10709.0.0-18.05.23) (Canary) (64-bit) I do not recommend to anyone to switch to Canary Channel. -CS

I have used Canary for most of the past year and a half and for the most part it is just fine. Occasionally I must switch away for a few days because of constant crashing or issues that don't have a workaround.
