Launcher folder gets pushed off screen and/or under the searchbox when the vkeyboard is shown.

This only occurs for small screens.

Maybe we should instead resize the folder so it is rectangular?

For reference, Android's method is to push the entire launcher off screen.

Can we try the Android method for small screens? I want to avoid the resizing path as much as possible.
