Checked into the bot event https://chrome-swarming.appspot.com/bot?id=build190-b7--device4&selected=1, the bot consistently showed 'No devices found.' from 5/14. It looks like the device needing to be re-flashed. Adding +vhang to the device re-flash action. Note that it is an Android 'Nexus 5X' device and needs the flash version MOB30K. Thanks!

Device was stuck in fastboot. Going to keep an eye on it.
