openSUSE 13.3 doesn't exist, listed as minimum required.

Project Member Reported by bunge...@chromium.org, May 18 2018

Issue description

On several documentation pages such as

https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/7100626
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95346

one of the listed minimum distributions is "openSUSE 13.3+". However, there is no "openSUSE 13.3", the project went from "openSUSE 13.2" to "Leap 42.1" (with Tumbleweed as the name of the rolling release). This is less than optimal for both users and developers when trying to discover what is and is not supported.

Perhaps this requirement should be listed as "Leap 42.1"? I'm not sure if that should be considered accurate either, since only "Leap 42.3" is currently supported by openSUSE. Confusingly, the next version will be named "Leap 15.0".

In any event, the documentation on the minimum system requirements should be updated to match a distribution version which exists.

Abdul, now that I know where the content requests go, I assume you're the one to determine what that content should be. What should the current minimum for openSUSE be?
