We would want to be able to click links in Logdog. 

On perf dashboard, we use logdog to store the debug data that we uploaded to the cloud. Fpr example, in https://logs.chromium.org/v/?s=chrome%2Fbb%2Fchromium.perf%2Flinux-perf%2F76%2F%2B%2FResults_Dashboard_b24bc5b6-4661-43a1-94f1-9c908176549a example, the page contains the benchmark names & URLs to the raw perf results data for each benchmark.  It would be great if the links on the page are clickable, so when sheriffs need to troubleshoot problems, they don't need to do manual copy & paste.

I put this as P2 because this feature will help our perf bot sheriffs a lot.
