Regression : PDF font is seen small in General information page of Files App

Chrome Version: 68.0.3433.0/10689.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Reks and Candy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Download any PDF -> Now go to Files App
(2)In Files App select PDF ->click on 'Space' Key(or right click on it and select 'Get info' option)-> PDF preview is seen in General information page
(3)Now observe PDF font is small 
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: Font of PDF should not be seen small in General information page
Actual: Instead PDF font is small in General information page

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-66

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
It used to be WAI. (The PDF was fit to page.)
After a fix  issue 837591  landed, the PDF is fit to width.
Thanks to the fix, this issue will be gone on M68+.
