Many buildbot links are not working from milo builds

Issue description

E.g. in https://ci.chromium.org/buildbot/client.v8/V8%20Linux%20-%20builder/33250

I try to click on step 1, stdio, which points to:

https://build.chromium.org/deprecated/client.v8/builders/V8%20Linux%20-%20builder/builds/33250/steps/steps/logs/stdio

I'd like to debug https://ci.chromium.org/buildbot/client.v8/V8%20Linux/24870 but none of the links is working.

Is this v8 specific?

They're working (linking to the correct place), but buildbot purges the logs pretty aggressively.  Can you just use the logdog links?

Can we remove buildbot links and just link logdog links? I don't see a value in links that have a lifespan of less than a day.

Looks like the issue is not with Buildbot removing logs aggressively, but with /deprecated paths not working as intended.
