Issue descriptionChrome Version : 68.0.3434.0 (Official Build) 9de3f10c48c97d2fdb34fa795b7b918f010fc229-refs/branch-heads/3434@{#1} 64-bit OS : Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5) Precondition : Enable "#force-ui-direction" and "#mac-rtl" flag from chrome://flags. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and open NTP. 2. Hit 'Alt + Cmd + F' and observe the search engine name in omnibox. Actual Result : Search engine name overlaps with separator line in omnibox in RTL mode. Expected Result : In RTL mode, Search engine name and separator line should not overlap with each other in omnibox. This is a non-regression issue seen from M-61 series build #61.0.3122.0 since the RTL flags were not working properly in previous builds. Note : 1. Issue is also observed on Dev #68.0.3432.3, Beta #67.0.3396.48 and Stable #66.0.3359.181 builds. 2. This issue is not observed on Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.

As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed. Thank You!

With response to C#1, Retested again on latest Mac canary #68.03436.0 and this work properly with real RTL languages like 'Hebrew' and 'Arabic'. Attaching the screenshots for the reference. Thank you..
