OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5) and Linux (14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, navigate to Chrome://settings/autofill and save the card details under Credit cards section.
2. Go to https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ and double click on 'Name on card’ field under 'Credit Card autofill' section to appear autofill popup.
3. Now observe the card symbol on autofill popup.

Actual: Card symbol appears to be very faint.
Expected: Card symbol should seen properly.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-68 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 68.0.3425.0 (Revision: 557063)
Bad build: 68.0.3426.0 (Revision: 557428)

Providing the bisect using per-revision bisect:
You are probably looking for a change made after 557181 (known good), but no later than 557182 (first known bad).
