Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create an uneven CSS Grid in dir=rtl (or go here: https://codepen.io/anon/pen/zWEGEL) 2. Open Dev Tools 3. Try to hover a cell. It will show the cell in a wrong size, and the grid not aligned. What is the expected behavior? The grid overlay should be flipped. What went wrong? This is because it shows the grid overlay in LTR although the grid itself is RTL. Attached, top is RTL, bottom LTR Did this work before? No Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
