What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Launch chrome >> rotate the display 
(2)Close the display notification and observe the tab strip while closing 

Actual: Unwanted glimpse is seen at tab strip while closing the display notification
Expected: No such unwanted glimpse should be seen 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 62.0.3202.63/9901.49.0 dev

Note:
1.Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
2.Issue is seen from M-63,M-64,M-65 stable,M-67 beta
