Overlapping of text is seen in 'Audit' section of devtools.

Chrome Version: 68.0.3434.0 (Official Build) 9de3f10c48c97d2fdb34fa795b7b918f010fc229-refs/branch-heads/3434@{#1} (32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome ,open devtools on NTP and go to 'Audit' section.
2. Now drag devtools window to RHS and observe content in 'Audit' section

Actual Result: Overlapping of text with drop down list is seen in 'Audit' section
Expected Result: Text should not overlap with drop down list is seen in 'Audit' section
 
This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M68' series i.e 68.0.3434.0

Note: Will soon update Mac OS info

DevTools: Audits2 UI Polish

- Convert dropdowns to radio/checkbox inputs
- Resize icons/line height/padding
- Overlay size fix
- Minor typographic adjustments
- Disable start audit button when on active view

Update :
Rechecked the above issue on Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5) OS with latest Canary Chrome version : 69.0.3443.0 and the issue is Fixed.Kindly refer the attached screen cast for reference.
