UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.170 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Clone and sync the webrtc_ios repo;
2. Follow the instructions to submit my first patch;
3. Run git cl creds-check command;

What is the expected behavior?
The cl command finish normally.

What went wrong?
It runs for 8 hours with 100% CPU in my MacBook Pro 2016, not finish.
