Display logical resolution in display settings

Project Member Reported by malaykeshav@chromium.org, May 17 2018

Issue description

The current display size settings for internal display does not show
any information about the logical pixels that are currently on the
screen. This leads to some negative experiences, specifically:
  - It confuses the users on what display zoom actually does specially
since the external monitor still shows a drop down for resolutions.
  - OEMs prefer using the physical pixel resolution of the device as a
key marketing point. Not showing the logical pixels to the users
    takes it away.
  - Developers want to know what the current screen resolution is for
    app/web development.

Add logical resolution line in settings page

This patch adds a third line for internal display settings page.
Specifically, this adds the logical resolution information that the
current zoom level results in. It also adds the 'native' and 'default'
string to the logical resolution.

thank you so much for this! I don't have to go to www.whatismyscreenresolution.com ever again haha
malaykeshav, is this being added to Android too? If not, could you add it? This is a helpful piece of information and Android users would appreciate it
