Implement IAccessibleEx on AXPlatformNodeWin

We need to expose the main UI Automation interface on most of our accessibility objects. For compatibility reasons, we'll keep exposing IAccessible for now, but also implement IAccessibleEx which could return an automation simple raw interface on demand.
