Swiping away an ARC notification opens the application

Issue description

Chrome Version: ToT

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have a notification for an ARC app.
(2) Swipe it away.

What is the expected result?
The notification disappears.

What happens instead?
The ARC app opens.

I have also been having this issue since at least the start of Chrome Beta 66, on both my Chromebook Pixel 2015 i5, and my Samsung Chromebook Pro. I'm hoping it gets ironed out soon.

It's an ARC bug, so chromeos.
Status: Available (was: Untriaged)
Actually sensitivity of swipe is slightly different between ARC and Chrome notifications, because they are implemented in each side.

This seems like it has a fairly large impact on usability of notifications (can't swipe away Android notifications without triggering an annoying window to come up, or even perform an action)... I may have a fix.

Made a fix on the Android side and merged it to M68. Hopefully this is fixed now~!
This still happens... though.
Which version are you on? I guess later than M68 - there may have been a regression.
