Views: Bookmark bar hide/show animation is very jerky

Especially compared to Cocoa.

In Cocoa, the bar is animated out from behind the toolbar in one continuous translation. In Views (step through attached video frame by frame), the animation is broken into several discontinuous pieces, with several relayouts during the process.

Update: I looked into changing this to a layer animation, but it needs to coordinate with resizing the web content, and pushing down the infobar, if any. So, not impossible , but would require some refactoring at a higher level
