Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://tickets.cirquedusoleil.com/shop2/#/es210par-16fd-4431-835b-b1e119d4b3cb/shop/search?locale=fr-CA&skin=totem_v2 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to: https://tickets.cirquedusoleil.com/shop2/#/es210par-16fd-4431-835b-b1e119d4b3cb/shop/search?locale=en-CA&skin=totem_v2 2. Choose a date 3. Choose a time What is the expected behavior? Dialog appears with semi-transparent modal backdrop What went wrong? Dialog appears with distorted graphics in background Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Might relate to http://crbug.com/825720 http://crbug.com/794819 but --ignore-gpu-blacklist is *not passed in command line Underneath the semi-transparent modal is an html canvas, problem seems to happen when blending both Proposed following workaround does not work: chrome://flags/ Click "Reset All to Defaults" Restart Chrome We understand that upgrading OS for that particular user would fix the issue, but are concerned other users will not see the website correctly

Able to reproduce the issue on mac OS 10.11.6 using www.browserstack.com having chrome version #65.0.3325.146 only. Observed a distorted graphics in background as in the attached screen shot. Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.3 and mac 10.12.6. But unable to provide bisect results as ET team doesn't have that particular 10.11.6 OS X EI Capitan. Hence, marking it as untriaged for further inputs from dev team. Note: ccing dev kbr@ from related issue id: 825720 Thanks...!!

Submitter: why are you still running 10.11? There are known graphics driver bugs in that release which are fixed in later releases. Please upgrade. Our team doesn't have the resources to continue to triage and diagnose these 10.11-specific, Intel-specific bugs. Closing as WontFix. |
