User cannot join the room in Tokbox webapp [Unified plan]

Project Member Reported by vasanthakumar@chromium.org, May 17 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: 68.0.3432.0 [Canary]
OS: Mac High sierra 10.13.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) In DUT: Open the Chrome with the following command using terminal,
(2) open -a "Google Chrome" --args --profile-directory=testprofile1 --user-data-dir=/tmp/test1 --enable-blink-features=RTCUnifiedPlanByDefault&
(3) Go to https://opentokdemo.tokbox.com/ and join the meeting from other device [It can be any device]

What is the expected result?
Meeting goes well without any audio or video issues.

What happens instead?
In DUT it shows as if only user is in the room. But actually the peer is already joined the room. For some reason DUT with Unified plan has some issues in joining the room. No media is sent nor received by the DUT. When the unified plan is disabled works fine.

This happens every time we perform tokbox call. 100% reproducible.

hbos@: Can you take a look and reassign if necessary?
Sorry! I couldnt reproduce this issue now. Kindly skip this issue.

There are two domains for this webapp (https://opentokdemo.tokbox.com/ and https://opentokrtc.com). This mislead my analysis.
