Issue descriptionChrome Version:68.0.3431.0/10682.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Candy,Reks OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user >> Go to ubertray/Network section (2)click on the Network Name that is connected and observe the 'Disconnect' button in settings page. Actual: No blue focus ring is seen on 'Disconnect' button when Network settings page is opened from ubertray/Network section Expected: Blue focus ring is seen on 'Disconnect' button when we open it from chrome://settings/networks?type=WiFi Raising this as a Non-Regression issue seen from M-68 Note: 1.Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS 2.Issue is not seen in M-66 stable and M-67 beta Attached the screencast for reference..
