Sometimes when developing features the question arises: What is the binary size impact of this feature?

While developers can work this out locally, official builds are rather slow (especially if done on a VM, worse if goma isn't working).  It would be handy if we had a try bot that could be invoked via pinpoint to work out what the official binary size delta is for a CL (on various platforms).
