IFrame issue with border-radius and box-shadow used together

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. https://jsfiddle.net/ow0ut090/2/
2. remove border-radius
3. the box-shadow will appear!

What is the expected behavior?
In older releases it was possible to use border-radius and box-shadow together on IFrame.

What went wrong?
box-shadow is missing when border-radius is used, see jsfiddle

Already reported in  bug 837191  and fixed in Chrome 67 (currently beta).
