New Google Voice page broken for all UK @googlemail.com accounts

Reported by earthlin...@gmail.com, May 16 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version : <from About Google Chrome/Chromium or
'about:version'>
URL : voice.google.com
Behavior in Safari 4.x/5.x:
Behavior in Firefox 3.x/4.x:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign into Google Voice from a UK @googlemail.com account
(2) Create a GV number
(3) Try to load the messages or calls or voicemails or spam etc. They are all blank

Once I noticed this, I thought about whether the different hashes on the @googlemail.com account could be to blame, and causing the webpage to break.

I therefore decided to test my theory.

I went to https://gmail.googleblog.com/2010/05/google-mail-is-becoming-gmail-in-uk.html where it explains how to switch back to @gmail.com (due to the legal settlement Google reached with the owner of Gmail in Europe.)

I switched my @googlemail.com domain name to @gmail.com

I loaded voice.google.com and hit refresh. IT WORKED!

I switched back to @googlemail.com. SPINNER. No messages.

Here's a video showing:
- Spinner when it's @googlemail.com
- Change same account's domain name to @gmail.com
- Refresh voice.google.com and see the list load

I therefore conclude that the bug will affect any user who has both GV and @googlemail.com

By its nature, this is rare, because GV isn't as popular in Europe, but the UK is the only place where @googlemail.com came into play. I'm a Brit who moved to the USA, so I admit it's a rare scenario. But I can guarantee every single user with @googlemail.com will be unable to use the new GV site. That's more than 10 people.

Additionally please advise if there is a bug bounty I am eligible for.

Have a good day.
