In new UI, Chrome dropdown stops showing after installing Dashlane, 1Password... (autofill related plugins)

Issue description

Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version)
OS: (e.g. Win10, MacOS 10.12, etc...)

In the old canvas version, if I install 3rd party plugins, I will see two dropdowns, one from Chrome, one from the third-party. 

In new UI, Chrome dropdown stops showing after installing autofill related plugins. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Install Dashlane Chrome extension 
(2)Click field, no dropdown appears 


What is the expected result?
Still see Chrome dropdown

What happens instead?
Chrome dropdown stops showing

For Dashlane, the behavior is consistent between old and new UI, in the sense that Autofill is disabled (they override the global Autofill preference to "off").

For 1Password, Autofill is not disabled by the extension and I still have access (old UI and new UI).
