Graphic artifacts on web pages

Reported by ilya.dis...@gmail.com, May 16 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
It is no clear steps to reproduce this problem. It is truly random.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Sometimes on some pages may appear chaotic black squares and they change their position when scrolling the page.
Unfortunately I was unable to record video or take a screenshot.
This began to appear after update to Chrome 66.
I can only attach a GPU log with many errors.

Did this work before? N/A

A point of note that may or may not matter.

I was seeing the black boxes again on Version 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit). So I fired up Beta Version 67.0.3396.48 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) and the black boxes seem to have cleared on 66.
