hana - UI glitches observed on 10575.40.0 / 67.0.3396

ChromeOS 10575.40.0, 67.0.3396.49 beta-channel hana

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Autoupdate device to 10575.40.0 build and observe the login screen
(2) Login to user account and observe the desktop wallpaper

Result:
UI glitches are seen. Reproduced even after reboot/powerwash of device

Issue not reproduced on Elm device with same build (10575.40.0, 67.0.3396.49).
