Chrome Version: 68.0.3426.0 Canary
OS: Android 8.0.0 on Lenovo Daydream device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter VR Browsing, open any page
(2) Click the Info Page button on the Omnibox
(3) Click Details link
(4) On the Details dialog, click the 2nd link "What do these mean?"

I can't seem to repro consistently but I have seen it several times now over multiple reinstalls.  

What is the expected result?
The user should be returned to VR Browsing with the specific topic open.

What happens instead?
Sometimes the use is returned to Chrome 2D browsing with the elongated browser.  Once it was rotated 90 degrees.
