Standalone - Page Info - Details link displays a elongated and hard to read dialog

Chrome Version: 68.0.3426.0 Canary
OS: Android 8.0.0 on Lenovo Daydream device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter VR Browsing, open any page
(2) Click the Info Page button on the Omnibox
(3) Click Details link

What is the expected result?
Dialog should be similar to other dialog and clear/more in focused.

What happens instead?
The attached dialog is displayed which is elongated and out of focus.

Yep, we were planning on porting this but had some issues with dialog queueing, which is resolved now.
