Auto fill menu not accessible with NVDA screen reader

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to a website with a login form
2. Start typing an username or a password
3. With saved passwords inside the browser, Chrome displays a popup menu with suggested entries

What is the expected behavior?
NVDA should read those entries as you arrow up and down

What went wrong?
NVDA does not report anything

Did this work before? No

Thanks for filing the issue!

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 66.0.3359.139 and on the latest canary 68.0.3438.0 using Windows 10. 
As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3112.0) considering it as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged. Hence requesting someone from UI>Accessibility>Compatibility team to have a look into this.
Note: Unable to check on Linux and Mac as NVDA is supported only on windows.
