Content suggestions animation is not smooth upon tapping in omnibox.

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Fresh install and launch chrome canary.
  2.  Open New Tab --> Tap in Omnibox

Observed results:
Notice that the content suggestions animation is not smooth

Expected results:
Content suggestions animation should be smooth when cursor is placed in omnibox

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 3/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): No on M66
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): No on M67

Not sure to see it. After testing, the main difference I see is a suggestion flashing where the keyboard is dismissed. Is it the problem?

Wow, thanks for taking the time to do a side by side video! It helps a lot to understand.
I think this is an iOS issue. I saw it during the feature implementation and I don't think we can do much about it.

Marking it as Won't Fix as it is fixed in the recent iOS version.
